The medical room is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. If you have any health issues while working, please contact the medical room at the phone number: 0902292596 or reach out to the reception for guidance and assistance.

DORMITORY

For employees living more than 30 km away from the company, you will be provided with free accommodation in the dormitory (if there are available rooms). You will need to cover the costs of electricity and water if your usage exceeds the company’s allowable limit.

PERSONAL LOCKER & CHANGING AREA

Employees under the Casino division and some departments of the hotel division are provided with a personal belongings storage cabinet.

UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY

Depending on your job position, the company will provide you with uniforms. Office departments are allowed to wear personal clothing that meets office standards and complies with regulations.

Meals for Employees

Each employee is entitled to one main meal during their shift, and two meals (lunch and dinner) for employees staying in the company dormitory. Morning shift employees will also receive an additional breakfast.

Meal times are scheduled in the employee dining hall on the 2nd floor.

Meal break times for employees are as follows:

  • Shift employees: Lunch and dinner breaks are arranged by the department head within 30 minutes. The meal break for a daily shift is 30 minutes.
  • Administrative staff: Lunch is from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM or as permitted by the department head within a 30-minute timeframe.

At the first pickup point at 1 Kieu Son, the company has arranged a free parking lot.

If you are picking up at the locations on Road 353 (Pham Van Dong), please arrive 10 minutes early if you don't want to miss the bus.

FAQ

You must inform the Human Resources department and seek approval from the General Director if you have family members who are also employees of the company. According to regulations, relatives (father, mother, children, siblings) cannot be hired in the same department, especially in the Casino division. No employee may be assigned to supervise or be supervised by a relative, nor be given tasks that involve checking or being checked by a relative.

  • Two color passport photos 4×6, taken within the last 6 months,
  • A notarized copy of your Citizen ID,
  • The original residence confirmation certificate issued by the police,
  • A notarized copy of your birth certificate,
  • A notarized copy of educational certificates or diplomas as required by the company,
  • A resume with a photo, confirmed by the local People's Committee and valid for 6 months,
  • A health check certificate (original, with a photo and stamp from a district hospital, valid for 6 months),
  • Information about your insurance book and personal income tax code.
  • Probation period: up to 2 months
  • Internship period: up to 3 months (depending on the job position and mutual agreement).

Income level: 85% of the official income.

At the end of the probation period, the department manager will evaluate your work performance.

If you meet the requirements, you will become a permanent employee.

If you do not meet the requirements, the company will terminate your probation contract. This can happen at any time during the probation/internship period.
