To enhance service quality, Đồ Sơn Resort & Casino has launched a Mandarin Chinese training program aimed at equipping employees, especially those directly interacting with customers, with essential language skills.

On November 20, 2024, the Basic Chinese Language Class was successfully inaugurated with full participation from our staff. On this occasion, coinciding with Vietnamese Teachers' Day, we wishes our instructors, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huyen and Mr. Luu Kim Cuong, good health, smooth career journeys, and unyielding optimism and enthusiasm in their work and teaching.
